We have never had an issue with anything being broken or not working properly. It is located off the parkway, but still close to all of the attractions. There is a grocery store just down the street with a Starbucks inside. We stay here every time we visit this area and would recommend Cherokee Lodge Condos to anyone.

The pics on our reservation of the balcony is a pic from a higher up condo. We were put in room 101 and it was a low balcony. We heard lots of road noise. We also were looking forward to seeing the firework displays at Patriot Park on New Years Eve like our reservation says. But they are held at the Island now. So that should be taken off your reservation details. My grandchildren were really disappointed in not seeing the fireworks like I promised them we could see.
