I loved the hotel It was close to the Island and within walking distance to other attractions. The only drawback was our room faced the parkway and there was a lot of road noise. Next time I would choose a balcony room over outside pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was very good. Will be staying here again.

We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend to others! The staff was very friendly and our room was very clean. Pools stayed open late which was a huge plus to us. The short walk to The Island made it very convenient for our family. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great hotel, clean and the food is amazing, only issue was the sea weed. So for summer vacations I would not recommend it but for any other season it’s a great hotel!

Very nice place to stay!

The Island Inn was easy to find and convenient to many of the attractions in Pigeon Forge. The Island just behind the Inn was nice to walk to and offered evening entertainment. The light/water show was a hit. We were there as a couple, but The Island offers lots of family entertainment. The convenient gated parking lot was a bonus. The front desk clerks at check in were very knowledgeable about the area and offered many suggestions for popular places to go and avoid. The room was very clean and the staff did daily light cleaning. The bed was comfortable and we could easily control the room temperature. The ice machine was right outside our room, but we rarely heard it. The ice machine worked very well. We only used the indoor pool and hot tub. It was very clean and the pool temperature was very comfortable. The hot tub was relaxing and again just the right temperature. We were there daily when the maintenance checked the chemical balance of the pool and hot tub. My husband used the gym each morning. It was basic, but clean and functional. There were many choices for breakfast even for my limited diet. Waffles, fruit, yogurt, eggs, sausage or bacon, potatoes, juices, milk, coffee, breads, muffins, bagels…
