Great location and very family friendly. So family friendly though that kids aren’t well supervised in the pools so don’t expect relaxation if you are on an adult trip. Rooms were extremely comfortable and clean and breakfast was the extra nice kind with real food.

The lighting in the rooms are a little to dark and we didn't find the refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot till the last day! They are in closet that the door looks like a air return with no knob r any signage

The room was wonderful, very spacious. Breakfast was great. The beds were comfortable. We will stay again. Only thing, we had to buy pillows. The pillows had no firmness. Rather than that, it was absolutely great.

The kids LOVED the outdoor pool. Lots of kids not adult friendly. No where to get a cool beverage except at the vending machine inside. The room looks very nice. However, the pullout bed was terrible. Had to put extra padding on the mattress. When a kid says the bed is uncomfortable you know it’s not good. The breakfast was not great. Ran out of waffle mix everyday and only plugged in the hot water 1 day and never placed teabags. The pictures are slightly deceiving . But overall a nice place and kid friendly. Would stay again but only at a discounted rate. Mountain View in the pictures is not a true view .

Great Hotel for Families

Great Hotel for Families! This is an older hotel but they keep it up very well and it is very clean. Staff is accommodating but you won't get super bubbly customer service, which is fine, this did not affect me at all, but some people expect staff to be super friendly and chipper, just an FYI. The rooms were average (older decor), but spacious enough for a 4 person family, bathroom was very large which is a big plus. The outdoor pool/slide and lazy river were great, our kids had a blast. Indoor pool is a great option to have but we did not use it much. Location is great. I would definitely stay here again.

Musty smell

Everything was great. Except the most important issue that turned us off was the room smelling musty. I even bought a can of Lysol to spray. I must say we did not notify staff as we thought it was a little better after the Lysol and the first room cleaning.

It was good we just didn’t have some of the things in the room that we were used to having like a coffee maker clock safety rails in the shower or a refrigerator and we could have used an extra lamp on the table
