Staff was courteous and helpful. Our room was clean, but the first night the room beside ours was loud and had a birthday party till 1:30 am. The pool was closed on two different occasions for kids crapping in it and the hot tub. The pool was not hotels fault, but it was a miserable stay and because I booked through hotels. Com was told nothing could be done about the rates.

Breakfast was crowded, the people shaping on the floor were a good ways down the hall and being loud, yelling and slamming doors all night and there was a homeless man in the parking lot all night long on my side of the hotel.
