Overall this cabin was exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and well cared for. We had plenty of space and it is centrally located to all of the attractions Pigeon Forge has to offer. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
The property was very nice. Being on the back deck felt like you were in a secluded tree house in the woods. I would definitely stay again, but Iâd bring washcloths. Thereâs one provided per bedroom (not per person). The beds weâre very comfortable and everything was great!
The view isnât the greatest but the property is gorgeous. Kids loved the indoor pool (heater mounted on wall to make it the room heated not the water) and the hot tub. Thereâs closet space in the room but no dressers. Slept 6 just fine but make sure the kids sharing the bunk bed room get along.
I booked the Bridge R Ton cabin specifically because it had an indoor private pool. It was a bummer to find the pool jets didnât work even after having maintenance supposedly stop by twice and saying they fixed the problem, which they hadnât. So the pool water was still and had an iridescent film on the top and was very murky. The host did refund $300 of my money, but I wouldâve rather been able to use the pool. If the pool worked, this review wouldâve been an easy 5 stars. Everything else was perfect including the hot tub.
When we arrived a contractor was parked in our spot doing work on the property. We came back after 4 PM. The stairs did not have railings in parts which is dangerous at best. Upon entering the property you can smell chlorine from the indoor pool and upon entering the pool, the smell was exasperating. Since the contractor did not move his vehicle until late in the evening the neighbors complained to me due to lack of parking. When I tried calling the host I received a call back from someone else. Overall, this property and process needs work. I was refunded $100 after paying over $1000 for one night which is insulting.
