When we booked it said breakfast was included. The first night the guy said breakfast would be In the lobby the next morning a different guy said they didn’t have breakfast this week that was a little bit of a let down. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating to special needs children! Room was a pretty clean could use a little more attention to detail but not bad ! Lazy river was the best part !!

The room was full of mold and roaches . They are remodeling so the fire alarm kept going off. Hopefully after the remodel it will become a better hotel

We were not made aware ahead of time they were under remodel. Our floor you could hear drilling early in the morning. The toilet in the room made a high pitch water pressure sound every half hour. There was a hole in the shower wall they stuff some type of silicon plug in. The TV remote had dead batteries when we changed them some of the buttons such as the volume did not work. There was no free breakfast any of the mornings we were there. The jacuzzi water level was so low you had to sit on the floor to submerge your body.pieces of the jacuzzi concrete walls and seating area was missing and had lifted tiles. Parts of the hotel walls looked beat up and moldy. Our room door had over spray from paint on the walls the bathroom door had pieces of the panelling missing. The fridge had to keep being adjusted to be cold. They had no "do not disturb" signs for the doors. Even though a neighbor had one. So we had to make our own. The ice machine did not work any day. The breakfast area one morning was unlocked and the juice machine was empty or just full of chemical water.the only thing in there was a cereal dispenser but no milk. There was a sign for a fitness room that was not there. The photos online when booking seemed a lot nicer than in person.

They failed to tell us they were doing remodeling. The elevator is out of order, there's no complimentary breakfast, and the fire alarms went off while we were there due to their renovations.... We were there for 5 nights. The beds are uncomfortable. We had been "upgraded" to the 6th floor but after our first night we had to move to a lower level. It really put a damper on our honeymoon...

Room wasn’t clean. There were bags of trash and linens in the hallway. The hallway smelled of weed (BADLY). And everything was closed for renovation. The pool and hot tub were not heated, no breakfast, and the elevator was not working. They locked the doors at 11pm which isn’t helpful when you’re on the 3rd floor, was told to go through the lobby. Furniture in the room was broken, mini fridge was rusted and froze everything even after turning it down. The beds were very worn.

So, let me start by saying this hotel used to nice but of course that was YEARS ago. This time around, it looked run down. My boyfriend and I started here on our trip for our first Valentines together and there’s nothing great about Park Towers. The check in/out area was decent enough. Nothing grand. But the man that checked us in wasn’t rude or friendly. He seemed to literally just be there to do the job and go home. The room itself had stains and was coming up in places. There was a piece of the broken light sitting in the bathtub near the drain. We took the elevator down to try to find the pool and breakfast room. The elevator had no light and we had to use our phone flashlight to hit the button. When we got to the bottom we were greeted by caution tape. The elevators weren’t supposed to be used, but they weren’t visible from the check in. Usually there’s caution tape on every floor to let every floor know it’s not usable. The breakfast room was behind a locked door that we couldn’t even see into so I can’t comment on that. We had to go on a scavenger hunt for the pool and walk down (and back up) about four flights of stairs for it. When we finally made it, the paint at the bottom was peeling, the water looked green. The lazy river and hot tub was the same way. I felt like I was watching one of the reels of the abandoned places that have the standing water.

The place was not very clean , online it said breakfast when arrived the gentleman said due to renovations breakfast was close which didn’t state that online. The fire alarms were not working the had tape over them. There was no ice machine workings on any floors the elevator was broken both of them. Bed were horrible to sleep in . Phone didn’t work and tv was broken. Overall horrible stay will not be coming back.

Elevator broken, the room we got was on the 4th floor even though the parking lot was almost empty. The pool was ice cold, the hot tub ice cold as well. Lazy river was slightly warm but only a few floats. The whole pool area looked like something off of a scary movie. Pool area super dirty, the restroom down there was unusable. We asked for a refund and left. We stayed somewhere else.
