Great home for a week with family! Cozy accommodations and great perks like the hot tub and massage chairs. The massage chairs were the biggest hit for everyone! Communication was great and left nothing up for questions. Absolutely would stay here again!

Great stay in the mountains

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and what we expected. We love the pool table and the two master bedrooms! There were 4 adults in our party, and we had plenty of space. this is the 2nd time we have stayed here, and we will be back again. The host is great and very responsive. We used the hot tub a few times, but it seems like only half of the jets were working but it was still ok. We really enjoyed the grill and that it is hooked up to the big gas tank so no worries about running out. If you are looking for a cabin in the area between Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge this, is it!

Great!

We had a wonderful stay at Just Playin’ !It was plenty of space for my husband and I and our 2 mini poodles. This was a great location to get around and the house was very quiet and clean. We will definitely make this a place to stay for a future visit.

Beautiful place

We enjoyed our stay here. Nice cabin, great communication. The only negative was the road up to the cabin and the parking. Only room enough for one vehicle and driving a 3500 truck was a challenge to get on the road and in and out of the driveway. Glad we didn’t take two vehicles there would have been no room. Overall nice place, comfy beds, clean. Hot tub could use a little attention. But we had a bear in the tree right behind the hot tub the first night.

Everything was wonderful at "Just Playin"!Clean, beautiful, easy to find, and cozy.This was a quick get away weekend and having 3 teenagers with my husband and myself there was plenty to keep the teens entertained while we relaxed. Not a single composing!i will definitely book her again

Perfect cabin for our family

Nice spacious and clean cabin. It's in the perfect location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so you're just minutes from everything. Great host provided all info about the cabin and checked in via messages to make sure everything was good for our stay

Nice relaxing getaway trip in a cabin

We had an amazing time. Kate is great to work with. We ran into some issues and she worked with us to get them addressed quickly. The cabin is great. Between the arcade game, pool table, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor grill and double massage chairs we really had no reason to leave. You are only about a quick 5 minute drive into the downtown city. We plan to comeback again or stay in another one of their properties.

Wish I could’ve stayed longer

Just playin was a great find for me, my wife, and large German Shepard. It’s tough to find cabins that accommodate larger dogs. We had plenty of room. We loved the billiards table, arcade game, hot tub,, fire pit, and the massage chairs. The drive to the cabin is not terrifying. Location is great. 12 min to downtown gatlinburg and 12 minutes to Dollywood in pigeon forge. We had trouble getting some amenities working, but Kate responded quickly and helped me get everything working. Thanks for a great trip.

Hurricane getaway..

We came up to get away and while we were there Hurricane Helene came through so many of the mountain attractions were closed after the storm. the house is in a quaint neighborhood and was perfect for four adults . We did see a couple of bears while on the deck . The house is in the PERFECT location equidistant from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge areas. Highly recommend.

Fantastic cabin.

It was a very nice cabin, we had very good communication with Kate. They replied to me immediately. The cabin was close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It is a very good place to spend a few days of rest. I recommend it and I hope to return soon. I really love this cabin.

The perfect spot if you're Just Playin' in the Smokey Mountains

It was the ideal location for our family of four. It was equidistant from (5 minutes to either) Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and off the beaten path just far enough to escape the action at the end of the day. The cabin was well-equipped with all the comforts of home and then some. We cooked multiple meals, and the gas grill was great. The dual king-sized bed suites were perfect, with the teens on one side of the house and Mom & Dad on the other. The living space was very comfortable; zoning out on the large sofa in front of the TV was too easy. The wifi was fast enough to keep the devices humming, and Dad had fun teaching the kids how to play 8 Ball on the regulation-sized pool table. If you're visiting the Smokey's, don't overlook Just Playin'. We highly recommend it!

Home Away From Home!

The home was clean and equipped with all you would need to make yourself at home or cook up a meal. The air conditioner kept the home cool and comfortable. Hot tub to fit 8. This home was situated so we could look down over green spaces and vegetable gardens across the road. Truly felt like home. You could sit on the porch with a cup of coffe in the morning and watch birds and squirrels scamper around or watch the farmer tend his garden. Pool table and a variety of games for play time. 2 massage chairs to relax in at the end of each day. A quiet place to relax and recharge. It was just what my family and I needed. Kate was an awesome host. She was attentive and responsive to any questions. We hope to return soon.

Smokey Mountain Christmas

Outstanding Place

Everything was so simple. Kate made us feel like family before we even departed for the cabin. When we arrived, the sign for the property had been damaged and was unseeable. GPS put us at the cabin across the road but not a big deal. The place was immaculate and easy to use. The kids really enjoyed the pool table and arcade game. Lots of games for the family to play. The deck was great. The hot tub fantastic, I really enjoyed it as well as the kids. There is a new feature in an outdoor gas fire pit. We didn’t get to use it because of the rain but that’s an outstanding feature. The beds were very comfortable and the couch was cozy. Loved the kitchen with all your needs for any type of cooking. We was able to utilize the grill for some steaks and it cooked them perfectly! Everything was easy to use and figure out. We will definitely stay here again!

Just Playin' was perfect! Close to the main road but still quiet. We enjoyed relaxing on the very comfortable couch and the bed was amazing! Definitely a 5-star rental! We will be back!! Thank you!

Cozy cabin full of fun!

We weren’t too sure about the layout at first, as there are the 2 bedrooms with attached baths, a laundry room, and then one large kitchen/dining room/living room area with a pool table. But after a few days we realized how nice it was to be able to all be together and interactive even when doing different things. The location doesn’t offer the best view but is still pretty and is also close to town while feeling fairly secluded. The kitchen is well equipped, there are a lot of games, and the fireplace was great. Overall we had a great time! Fyi unless you’re staying for a short time plan to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Each bathroom had a small shampoo and conditioner as well as 2 hotel sized bars of soap.
