I will be honest I am disappointed with the cleanliness and not being kept on. The entry is so dirty and the place needs to be pressure-washed from the green growing on it. Window blinds are broken, the couch is stained, the dust is thick on the doors (which I have bad allergies to), and need paint touched up on the walls and markings on the edges, cpb webs, the place was disgusting and not relaxing at all! We even left and didn't stay the last night.

The neighborhood was very nice. The house however, is outdated inside and out. The exterior of the house was very dirty and there were bees nests directly on the front porch right by the front door filled with wasps. The steps leading up to the front door has rusty nails sticking up from them and the wood was dry rot. The inside was tolerable. The AC worked great and the water pressure was outstanding but a bit much for the younger of the family members. There were not enough towels for our family. The back deck once again has a wasp nest on the bedroom door coming out to the deck. The railing on the back deck has a rail that was broken and if there was a small child, could have fallen through. It was rather disappointing when you pay for much for it to be cleaned and it wasn’t very clean at all and then you still have to basically clean it before you leave. All in all, if the home was updated and had new stairs and deck and was cleaned better inside and outside, the place would be higher rated.

Needs updated,but structural nice place.

Nice and cozy,the fireplace really helped even though it doesn't shut off when timer runs out.Beds need updated, the parents felt all springs in old mattress,felt like cheap motel bed. Major complaints from kids about the spotty wifi.

Good location in a quiet neighborhood

Everything was just as listed. The location is good with easy access into the neighborhood and it is very quiet. My recommendation would be to replace the mattresses and if the listing mentions hot tub on site, take down the amenity of a hot tub included on the property

Nice place, Customer Service something to be desired

Needed some attention to details They will NOT give you check in info until exact minute of check in which they sent by email. Ok, so my phone had 1 bar of service and would not load the email. It was Already after check in time and we were sitting in driveway. I called, yes aggravated (because I new phone would not work in this area so I called at 3 and was told they would not send till 4!) The "Person" answering the phone said your yelling at me, no she would have know if I had been 'yelling" she hung up on me and then text the code to my phone which I had ask be done and she told me no! The second young lady I talked to was very very nice and apologetic, certainly was not her who needed to apologize. Steps had bird droppings all over them, hand rails very molded. Just some attention to details.

Perfect location

The location was very convenient. We were close to all of the attractions, without having to be stuck in the tourist traffic. The place was neatly kept up, and communication between the owner was easy access. Highly recommended!!

Overall a great place to stay in Pigeon Forge, no problems getting complimentary tickets from the rental company. Great landing pad after long days of adventure, great economical choice for the area. Will say the rental could be better stocked, more dish rags/towels, kitchen supplies, maybe an all purpose cleaner available so we could clean up after ourselves better. Others have mentioned the wet floor in the bedroom closet, which is still an issue, I believe it to be from a plumbing issue. Didn't affect our stay though. We would stay again if back in the area.

Spring break trip

The convivence and location is a major plus. What we found to be most disappointing in this unit was a couple of issues. The blinds were damaged/broken which caused privacy issues and ants were a problem in the extra bathroom. We were not able to use as ants were getting into our belongings. The overall appearance of this unit seemed outdated and just needed some touch up. We still enjoyed our stay but if we use this area again we would steer away from this unit unless it had been updated to some degree.

Family vacation

Overall, it is a decent place. Neighborhood is nice and in a great location, yet out enough to be quiet. The house is pretty nice, for the most part. I feel like people go to VRBO for a reason (at least I do), and that’s to avoid the use of a rental company and deal directly with an owner. Rental companies are all over VRBO now. I will say our interaction with the rental company was fine. They were responsive and fine to work with. What I hated were the signs all over the house talking about the extra fees we would incur for every misstep or action outside of their required procedures. $25 for leaving dishes in the sink
$25 per every half hour past check out time (when they have a sign that says they don’t guarantee the house will be ready by check in and you have to deal with it if it isn’t), have to pay the HVAC service if you set the temp to low, etc. Also, we cooked while we were there and there was nothing in the house outside of pots, pans, dishes and a little silverware. I understand it’s not there responsibility to keep everything fully stocked, but I’m talking about stuff like coffee filters, salt and pepper, matches or a lighter to light the grill, etc. Every rental I’ve stayed in before has provided that stuff. Again, a pretty decent place and I would likely stay there again, but I will make sure I will either pack my entire kitchen with me or opt to eat out.

comfortable and convenient

we could not get the tv in the living area to work and all outlets in both bathrooms did not work but it really was not an issue we worked around it. Overall we had a great experience , much preferred to a hotel stay.
