Our room had bedbugs, when we checked the beds upon arrival. We immediately got out of the room. I was told the manager would call the next day, nope. The same gentleman that was at the front desk the night before ended up being the one to call to say I would be getting a refund, and proceeded to state that we were mistaken and that they "bed bugs" were coffee grounds!!!!! How are there coffee grounds INSIDE a zipped up mattress cover? On BOTH sides of the bed? If there was an accident with "coffee grounds" why on both sides of the bed, and why would they be zipped up inside the cover? I was not going to write a negative review, because I understand people can bring them in, and it not be reflection on the hotel, however if I can see it with my eyes right off the bat entering the room, then there is piss poor cleaning happening. What sealed the deal was the manager not reaching out directly. We will not be returning.

NOT a 4 star so shame on whoever gave that star rating to them. I would not even say the amenities are 3 star. Outdoor entry motel - not hotel. Misleading there too. It’s like the old motor lodges which went away because no one liked them. Not great in any way. The check in is at the bar. Would not stay again…

Great location. Room was clean and gorgeously decorated. Staff was welcoming and provided service with a smile. Breakfast was included with our stay. Highly recommend the breakfast yogurt parfait. The French toast was amazing too! Definitely would stay here again!

Didn't like the 100 dollars hold on my card. There were 3 in my room and we only got 2 breakfast vouchers. There wasn't a microwave in the room and the ice machine was located far away. Lastly, cwe told housekeeping that we didnt need our room cleaned, only towels and they came in while we were gone anyway. We got towels before we left to shop. It seemed very pricy, but the staff was very friendly.

Overall room was nice, clean and updated. The bed was made every day but no used cups were removed. Coffee supplies had to be refilled by request. the restaurant was neat - the wait person was uninformed and did not serve the order as requested (scrambled eggs ordered, fried received). A visit to the table from what I assume is the restaurant manager, pleasant.

Great location, great included breakfast, and nice staff. However, booked a tub for our daughter, wasn’t given one and then was moved to a room directly next to maid services. Our bathroom wasn’t very clean and we were woken up early each morning by workers. Bummed because thought this could be our new favorite place to stay.

We went with our dogs, paid extra, and put in a room that had obviously had dogs before bec it wasn't clean, and then cleaning service made no effort to clean our room til 3rd day after i complained twice. I paid for my dogs to stay and i expect service for my money...The restaurant menu was more gourmet, ...seemed they forgot it was smokey mtns in Tennessee, not some cafe in Paris...keep it simple and serve straight up normal breakfast...

Breakfast was very good but it’s not your everyday stuff. If you have kids with you I don’t think most toddlers would eat much of it. Rooms wear very clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s right across from the island which made our trip very enjoyable. I think this would be a safe and family friendly place and great for parents that don’t want to load the kids up every time they need to go somewhere. Bar was also very good and prices are your normal vacation spot prices.

The ease of checking in was great. He was ready for me with keys and breakfast vouchers. The room was very clean and welcoming. The parking lot and lighting outside seemed very minimal. The breakfast was again delish and service in the restaurant was fantastic. Unfortunately it was snowing so didn't get to use the pool or hot tub.. But looked like an awesome area.

It’s wasn’t what I expected the rooms were okay. The service at the restaurant was good definitely different cuisine we had dinner there it was good breakfast not so much. Rooms where dirty attention to detail would work favors for them. Also I had to pay an upfront charge to keep my booking which was not mentioned on the app it said I could pay at the hotel and also there was a holding fee that was not upfront either. Overall would I stay here again probably not good location but that’s about it.
