Overall a positive stay & experience.Pros: Very spacious // living area is very nicely updated, as is the kitchen // very convenient 12-15min drive to Fall Creek Falls // able to do laundry while thereCons: The door was unlocked for the check-in process which was a little unnerving, thinking of potential scenarios that could unfold prior to a guests entrance. // The exterior could use some groundskeeping (weeds, powerwashing). // There was a dirty, wet washcloth on the shower knob.

Great Location

Family Thanksgiving

It was a great location. Beautiful farm scenery, quiet and peaceful. Very close to Fall Creek Falls. The hosts were very accommodating with us. Very comfortable living area and kitchen updated.

Very Spacious - Nice Stay for group of 7

We are from New York but we wanted to visit family members that had recently moved to Pikeville, TN. The house location was convenient to their house. We had everyone over nightly for cookouts the kitchen is stocked well with ample dishes, pots and pans. A bonus is the commercial grade milkshake maker. We also visited Fall Creek Falls State Park just down the road. The park is super clean and includes a swimming pool and gift shop.

Ladies refreshing weekend getaway

We typically do this twice a year. A time for women to refresh and refuel. The beautiful, peaceful grounds were phenomenal. While the property is a Farmhouse, the temperature varies throughout the property. Kitchen could use some essentials. We struggled to prepare meals. There wasn’t any instructions for trash or checkout. Plenty of room for a large group though.

Beautiful View and Great House

Everyone had a great time here, plenty of bedrooms and the view was amazing! We probably spent the majority of the time out on the nice large deck just enjoying it. Close to Fall Creek Falls as well as the Mennonite community. Great communication with the property manager, great price, and overall we had a very peaceful and relaxing stay!

Great space for entire family

Lots of space for everyone! We had a family of 10, including an infant, 4 kids ages 4-11, and 5 adults. There was MORE than enough room for all of us and we didn’t even use the trundle bed room since it was the en-suite for the bathroom with the tub. Very close to Fall Creek Falls, which was our destination for a family wedding. Host was very responsive and we had everything we needed! The only thing to watch for (for both younger kiddos and elderly) would be the multiple levels/transitions between some of the rooms. We had zero issues with this, but would be helpful if we had the grandparents with us!

Love the Quiet Close to Fall Creek Falls

Setting in a beautiful pasture. The house is spacious and very comfortable. Upstairs bedroom with twins and another with queen bed. Downstairs three bedrooms, two with large beds and one with a trundle (two twins). Large porch with great pasture view of horses and cows. Kitchen has modern appliances. Note that both bathrooms are downstairs, one is through the downstairs trundle room and has a tub. The other is access from hall and has a shower. Plenty of towels. Be sure to take shampoo and bar soap if you prefer bar soap. Two washers and two dryers - very modern (they sing to you in tones!) No more than 10 minutes to Fall Creek Falls State Park and first encounter is Nature Center where many of the hikes take off and the fabulous Cane Creek Falls can be accessed. We really enjoyed our stay, and plan to keep this property on our A+ list to return to if we are blessed to be able to!!!

Will definitely stay again

We had plans in Ohio but weather changed our venue location to Crossville, TN. The host was super responsive and worked with us to meet our needs. The house is gorgeous and the views were even better. Sweet horses met us in the backyard when we arrived. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. We will def. stay next time we’re back in Crossville. A queen bed in the room with the bathroom would have been ideal but it worked out. Thank you!

Amazing Setting

Charming farmhouse with fantastic views of the rolling fields, farms, and mountains. Short drive to town and to Fall Creek Falls. Plenty of room for everyone to find a space. Horses, cows, and donkeys come and hang out near the fire. The host was more than accomodating and very responsive. Would recommend and would love to stay there again. Two washers and dryers was a life saver!

The house was clean when we arrive, well stock with toilet paper, trash bags, clean towels, and full stock kitchen. Our favorite spot was the back porch, it was just nice to see the horses and cows walking around, and during the night we watched all the fireflies. We had a very peaceful stay! just what we need it.

Excellent weekend getaway!

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway! The furniture and beds were cozy and comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. The views from the back deck were gorgeous! We had the best time relaxing at the house and also visiting Fall Creek Falls, which was very close by.
