Go elsewhere! Mattress so 'soft' more like sleeping in a hammock.This place/chain is a Corporate rip-off taking advantage of young/inexperienced travelers: accepts no cash only plastic payments even for €2, reception charges €10 for Italian wall-plug (€5 in town), they charge €7 wash + €7 dryer = €14 for 1 load, hostel is poorly isolated and right on train tracks, loud, old and worn, hard to use keys/locks (needs grease), locks on shared bathrooms so you need a key to get in, no shower curtains = soaked toilet. Not recommended for a stay in Pisa. 10 min walk from train station along skanky street :(

Pos: close to airport. My flight was early so within walking distance was the reason I chose here. Snacks were available 24/7. Again, I was able to have a breakfast at 6 am. Cons: Bathroom needs attention. Broken toilet seat, brown stained washbasin (it may caused by water, still could scrub), no handle inside of shower cubicle and difficult to close. A/C needs to go to reception to be on/off which end up on all night. Area wasn't particularly felt safe walking alone after hours. It's hostel, so as long as don't expect much, it's ok. However, it's expensive for what you get. Sounds harsh but I have stayed hostel in Germany before so this place could do better.
