Clean, comfortable, and spacious. Feels very homey and is close to everything! I personally loved the no contact check in experience. Staff is available through a screen / call if needed. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and we loved that the kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom were all separated.

We have no issues with the room. It’s clean and smells nice. The only problem was that the parking spot assigned to us was already taken by others. I tried to contact the management via text messages but didn't get a response, so I ended up parking elsewhere. I didn't like having to do that, thinking it could be assigned to someone else. The management should improve their parking space assignment. We paid $30 for it, but I feel stressed and uncomfortable about the situation, and I shouldn't have to.

The rooms are very cute with thoughtful touches. The bed is comfortable. Location is great, too, as you can walk anywhere around downtown Pismo within a couple minutes. It’s a historic building, so we could clearly hear street traffic and everything going on in the rooms around us (and the elevator as we stayed in the room right next to it).
