Welcome to Sand & Surf Retreat, your private beachfront oasis in historic Pismo Beach! Just steps from prime surf spots, golden sands, great restaurants, and acclaimed wineries. You’re also a short walk to the iconic Pismo Pier, and charming local shops.

Inside, you’ll find a perfect blend of beachy decor and classic California style, with hardwood floors, granite countertops, and high-end finishes throughout. This multi-level home offers stunning mountain and ocean views from the living and patio areas.

The main living area and kitchen are located on the second level. Relax in the spacious living room with a large couch and a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for lounging or enjoying a movie. The kitchen is fully equipped with gourmet appliances, quartz countertops, and all the essentials for cooking and serving.

After a day of beach fun or wine tasting, retreat to your cozy bedrooms, each with crisp linens, plush pillows, and premium toiletries. The bedrooms are located on the ground level. A laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer is located on the ground level.

For a grand finale, head to the large patio with breathtaking mountain and ocean views. Grill up dinner on the natural gas BBQ, dine at the high-top table, or unwind by the fire table with cozy seating. Enjoy Pismo Beach’s sunshine and ocean breezes for a true California experience.

A baby gate and pac n play is provided for our little ones. The garage has room for two cars, and additional overnight parking is available on the neighboring streets. As much as we love pets, they’ll need to stay home.

Perfect Pismo stay

The home is exactly what we were looking for. The living space is comfortable, the kitchen is large and well equipped and the rooftop deck is beautiful. We had some miscommunication regarding the check in process with the management company and didn't receive the instructions until slightly after our check out time and didn't get a text back from host at check in. But, the house and stay were perfect for us. The location is also just a couple blocks from the ocean. I would book this home every time I was headed to Pismo.
