Very comfortable bed. Clean and spacious room. Great water pressure. Really good free breakfast and coffee. Great staff! I wish I brought my bathing suit to swim in their HEATED outdoor pool! I must have missed that it was heated when booking.

We booked this hotel for our stay as it had a pool. The website states that it is an outdoor pool that is open from May until October. We arrived May 2nd, and the pool was still closed. A little disappointing! It would be beneficial if the website had an opening date. As well, the pull out couch mattress was pretty thin and coil-y. Overall though, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed the stay.

Nice place, but the pool isn’t open. I feel this should be clearly stated in the info sheet on a hotel. Many people book a hotel with this in mind, especially if you have kids. I understand there are times it needs to be closed, but I feel there must be a way to communicate this at the time of booking. In our case, the front desk said this pool closed until end of May, so if they know that, it should be stated when booking.
