The staff was very polite and helpful, the room seemed clean and was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good and also didn’t close extremely early. However, something about the check in process was oddly awkward (to absolutely no fault of the staff). The building itself seemed odd—our room was in a hallway accessed by a fire door, and there was a giant puddle of either dried paint or some kind of powder outside the door. Overall, though, the experience was pretty good. Very friendly staff, seemed clean as I said, and it was a good location. Odd vibes but a good stay!

Room was dirty stains on wall and hallways had trash everywhere and it was freezing in hallways. The breakfast was nasty . Our room key wasn't working for the first day we had get buzzed in every time we left. Staff was nice.

The room is terrible and something more than that. The room service was never done before giving us the room. I found the unflushed human waste in the restroom. The AC unit was not working and it was freezing the whole night. We asked and made them change our room and the new room AC unit was also not working and the whole room was filled with weed smell. Again we made them change our room, this time they told us on our face that they do not have any cleaned rooms , all rooms are same. This is the worst hotel room I have ever stayed. Please do not let people book this hotel. Please take these type of reviews seriously and remove these type of hotels from your listings.

The sheets all had stains on them and there was trash behind the night stand that looks like it’s been there for awhile. I never saw a house keeper. The hallways were freezing cold and had the same teash/food in them the whole weekend. Will not be staying in this place again nor will I recommend someone this hotel.

Dirty bathrooms, closet had dead bugs and an old grape in it. One of our bathrooms had someone’s underwear in the bathroom drawer so it couldn’t have been cleaned very well. Our shower didn’t work at all-one knob was stripped and the other wouldn’t turn at all. The staffs best answer to that was sorry about that. The hallways had the same garbage and food people had droppped for days.

Listing states that there was a shuttle service, that was a lie. Listing also states AND pictures show a bar and a restaurant on site, those were also lies. First floor hall ways were freezing cold. Room cards stopped working 2 hours before checkout. Rooms were fairly clean, I did find rice laying by an outlet that looked like it had been there a while. Food and debris was throughout the first floor hallway. Breakfast was good. The only redeeming factor was the front desk staff were friendly. Overall would not stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cleanliness in the room and throughout hotel was not the best- box spring linen looked like it had mold on it, for example. Free breakfast in the morning with hot foods was decent! Pool water too cold to handle swimming for long. But for the price to stay it wasnt the worst ive stayed in
