Everything was very nice except for the couch. There was no comfortable seating in the living area at all. The big pillow does not provide comfort for your shoulders and back. The back of the couch is too low

My only complaint is the cleanliness of the room. The coffee pot had not been cleaned. The pullout bed had food crumbs inside of it and food smears on the throw pillow and cushions. The staff was helpful and the value of the room for the price was excellent. The location was also great.

What an amazing room! The building is gorgeous, apartments were nyc modern chic! Spacious, comfortable beds and the kitchen was amazing! Only thing we noticed was the dirty dishes left in the drawers and the hair left in the shower walls- made the experience feel a bit unclean. Thankfully we bring bleach wipes so we sanitized it ourselves but we love the apartment so much- we will definitely be back

Staff was great they were friendly The hotel room was very clean, but it was in bad repair. There was peeling paint that like ceilings look like unfinished cinder block I've stayed at this hotel several times and never had a room like this. Furniture was not like it is in the other rooms and it just felt like a whole different place. I'm reluctant to book again!

Dirty windows, very uncomfortable couch, no chairs, no coat rack, small tv in comparison to the size of the room and distance from the couch, bathtub with slow draining water , pet area doesn’t open until 9 am, bus stop right outside the front entrance, no restaurant on site. Basically garage top floors converted to huge rooms. Not comfortable stay at all. Positive side: very convenient location, full size fridge and dishwasher.

The room was spotlessly clean and very very spacious. Having the full kitchen was lovely- it was fully stocked. We didn’t take advantage but it would be nice if it was needed. The bathroom was huge and the shower was amazing. We were impressed with the view from the room and found the bed to be extremely comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!
