1 elevator was not working properly got stuck in it 3 times, i told a housekeeper, their response was someone is coming to fix it on Monday. tried to use it again got stuck again why didn't they turn it off or put a sign Out of order. i had to hump all of our stuff down 3 flights of stairs. i told the desk clerk she was not concerned told us she just got there so what. we have stayed there several times but probably not again.
