Staff was courteous and the hotel and room were very clean. The surrounding area was noisy. Trying to get a lyft or an uber was nearly impossible. Every time a driver got within 3 minutes of us, they would drop the ride and we'd have to wait for a new driver. We weren't confident that walking in the area was safe. Breakfast options were average at best.

Fantastic Stay near the Strip District! We stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton - Pittsburgh Downtown (Suite, 1 Bedroom, 2 Queen Beds – Corner Room with City View) from October 17–19, 2025, and absolutely loved our experience. The location is perfect, near the Strip District with easy access to everything. There are tons of great restaurants, shops, and attractions just steps away, which made exploring the city super convenient. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, with a separate bedroom and living room that gave everyone room to relax. The kitchen was a great bonus, especially for snacks and quick meals. The corner room offered a nice city view, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with directions or recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Pittsburgh!
