I would give this property a 3 out of 5. The location is great, but there was room for improvement. For example, the gym felt like a furnace. They said the air conditioning system wasn't working in that room, and maintenance brought in one small box fan that did nothing for that large space. The room we were in looked like maybe there was some water that may have sat on the floor where the stand up sink was, because the bottom of the mirror sliding door to the closet was completely rusty. Thay can do better!
