Overall a great place to stay. Excellent location convenience wise but expect some noise due to the location being close to stadiums, restaurants, etc. Make sure to get a printout of your receipt. I expected an email receipt but didn’t receive anything.

While the people at the front desk were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good, the room was not real clean, especially for the price. Common areas in the bedroom and living area were not wiped down well, and there were fingerprints and such on the mirrors. As we were about to leave, my daughter saw a large insect crawl under the couch. May have been a cockroach, but not sure. I told the front desk as we were leaving and they reported it to maintenance right away. The condition of the furniture and such was just okay. Things seemed beat up in the living room and bedroom. Needs a refresh. And again, when one pays almost $200 for a room, one expects it to be very clean and in good shape.

Everything was easy and good. Breakfast could have had more of a variety and trying to figure out different apps from my phone to the tv was a little frustrating. All in all, it is a great location for a Pittsburgh Steelers game.

The rooms are spacious if a bit rundown. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is smack in the middle between the football stadium and the baseball stadium. The area restaurants are 21+ on game days and no good breakfast locations in walking distance. Makes it difficult with children
