Cleanliness they have none you get no resolution. They cheat you out your money! I was able to get early check-in just to walk into a room that wasnât cleaned. They still had the last visitors body wash used towels in the washer food that they left in the cabinets still and also had to deal with ants! Iâve never been to a place like this would never go here again. Felt overwhelmed needed a getaway just to deal w/added stress smh
The unit I reserved had no functioning internet connection and Kasa was a huge pain to deal with, with multiple phone calls, lengthy (30 minutes) on hold, multiple instructions to restart routers, turn switches on and off, access panels in the wall above the range. I lost a day of work and was left in a sour mood. Apparently the company is located elsewhere and they had no local staff to fix the issue. They ultimately moved me to a different unit in the building which, while larger, was a bit rundown and had several obvious maintenance issues (e.g. the heavy bathroom sliding door was broken and off its track - thankfully I was traveling alone and did not need the door for privacy. In sum, there was just too much hassle on this 3-night visit and I feel Kasa could and should have done me better.
We booked this with our daughter because they said they had an indoor pool, and it looked nice in the photos, but the pool was disgustingly. The room it was in was not heated so it was freezing, the paint on the floor was peeling, the hot tub had algae in it. It was awful. We booked another hotel and left, and they wonât refund me. Look elsewhere
Quiet neighborhood + quiet building made staying here worth it. Plus great view from our suite. However, the apartment could have been cleaner. The floor was dusty + hair everywhere, dog hair on the couch, and 1 bed smelled strongly of perfume. However, nicely equipped overall, accommodating, and friendly residents.
The attached parking garage it 15.99 a day. You must park above the 4th floor. But the Elevators are broken. Had to carry heavy luggage down 4 flights of stairs at 12am alone in the freezing cold. Free Parking is very confusing. The elevators for the location are all the way at the end of the hallways. The Room was nice but nothing like the picture. It's not all stainless steel but regular. I have mixed feelings.
They have sensor to monitor your noise and motion. I saw them. They denied the motion in another review but I saw it. So they monitor you without tell you.
Fell asleep with TV on at 6:30 am around 7:30 am I started getting text I was violating noise. I tried to explain. Was told we will make a note but you will be thrown out or fined. I tried to explain that nothing change in that hour. No one cared. They made a note. I blamed tv. Later I found the sound detector behind the TV. So they put it there and then threaten you with $500. It seems like a scam. When I ask to speak to someone in person they tell there is no one. So none understood my issue they just threatened me when they are the ones who put the monitor there.
So if you have an issue there is no one that can understand your issue just an answering service.
We had an amazing stay, unfortunately the only parking was in a parking garage and you get charged anytime your vehicle leaves so we spent a pretty penny just to get to and from. Regardless the room and building itself was nice and clean, we also enjoyed the pool! Definitely recommend!
These are cute and roomy studio lodgings suitable for short or long stays. The club house would be a good place to host friends - pool table and ample sitting and TV.
I found the pool and hot tub closed for maintenance and since that was one of the reasons I chose the property, I was very disappointed and refunded $50 after speaking with mgmt. Most communication is by text or calls unless you find the staff in the office during regular office hours.
The room was at a very low humidity setting so I was feeling dehydrated the whole stay. No way to control a different heat setting for day and night comfort so the staff set it to where I asked - better to stand the cold during the day and have a good night's rest.
Parking is reasonable, but a reduced rate since the garage is attached to the property would make for better service.
Overall, a solid 4 star rating.
Bed bugs spotted as soon as I entered. They did not want to refund me and instead were so kind to let me know they scheduled an exterminator, hah. Terrible customer service and completely unprofessional.
An excellent hotel for an excellent price! The hotel consists of units in an apartment building which have been purchased by the hotel company. Overall the units are very nice and spacious, with a full kitchen in unit. I stay here whenever I visit Pittsburgh!
I love this place! Location of apartment was perfect for me, shops, restaurants, bars within walking distance. Very clean and very comfortable. Thereâs free parking with a short walk. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend staying when visiting south Pittsburgh.
It's conveniently located with easy access to CMU, downtown etc. We love staying in this property. This is our 4th stay. we stay here when we come to drop off our kid to college or visit her. Apartment is very neat, self sufficient even for longer stays. Love it
