The check in was easy. .My room in the old YMCA was unique, very comfortable, and very clean, with an amazing view. The newly opened bar at the entrance was great!
I only had a couple of problems. The light over the sink in the bathroon is inadequate, and the wonderful huge window in the third floor room needed washed bad.
Overall I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.
Not a great experience! Spent hours on the phone trying to get all of my four rooms secured through their virtual check-in. Had to scan the state issued ID's of all of my travel group and add in credit card information all so they don't have to pay for a receptionist to help get you into their hotel. I will never sign up for this process again and recommend no one to use Kasa if they appreciate their time and patience.

The no-staff concept is a bit distopian, but the do-it-yourself tablet check-in worked well enough. The building and room had character. The bar/restaurant was not operating so i can't comment on that. They were shooting a movie there so the front door was jard to find let alone access. Interesting place but I probably wouldn't do a repeat visit.
The building was very nice, clean and updated. The room was small but the space was used very well. Attention to the small details was great! Very much enjoyed our stay
