The stay was excellent because of the staff. We were there during a giant snowstorm. The city was basically shut down. Big credit to Cody at the front desk (who I think was stuck there with us) and the others who took care of us when nothing was normal. While standing in the lobby and looking at the craziness outside, I saw a local man who got stranded in the city when the buses shut down. His phone battery had died, his wife didn't know where he was. Cody loaned him a phone charger and let him charge up so he could call his wife, call a car, whatever. The guy ended up renting a room, but no one expected that when they loaned him the charger. I was happy to see it. Great staff. One complaint though: Why would anyone choose The Epoch Times as the newspaper in the lobby? It's ridiculous and unseemly. Please get a real newspaper or just give up on papers altogether. Either one would be an improvement.

Room was clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast Buffet was not great for $19.00 - eggs hard and sausage stayed with us ALL day. Cleaning crew starts knocking on doors around 8:00 a.m. You can hear them from down the hall. Location was selling point and would stay there again for that.

We stayed there Saturday night went to a hockey game. Hotel was packed but the staff was so friendly and helpful. Checked out in a hurry on Sunday and left my wedding ring, 2 other rings, my husband Apple Watch and 2 chargers. Called this morning and Tanita in house keeping was so kind and underatanding and told me she'd call me back and "we will find your things". AND SHE DID AND WAS SO KIND AND HELPFUL!! I really wanted everyone to know. Thank you Tanita. We need more people as honest and caring as her in this world!!!

The hotel has clearly seen its better days. The sliding bathroom door is so LOUD. No one knew whether they could get me a coffee maker for our room. When checking in, we were told we may or may not have housekeeping service the next morning.

Was turned away at valet parking because our vehicle was ‘too big’, after waiting in line for half an hour. Once we went to check in, it was another significant wait to get to the check in desk. Even though we checked in online, it still took a long time to get our room key.
