The house is in a great location on the island. Close to the dock and the beach. The house was large enough to accommodate two adult families for a few nights. The house is well appointed with items like hand soap, toilet paper, beach chairs and towels. Nice to have all this on the island already! Great open concept kitchen and family room large enough to hold 12 of us for meals and hanging out. Crows nest views are amazing! Nice large screened in porch for relaxing. Having the golf cart is very handy and owners were super responsive to all our questions. Already looking in to booking it again next year.

LGI Paradise is a beautiful home with lots of room for a big family. The home was very clean and everything was well organized. Having a golf cart and hot tub were added bonuses. Fantastic beach home

The house is well equipped, comfortable and spacious. We were pleased chairs and umbrella were included. Makes the stay much easier and enjoyable. The house is nicely decorated. The host was great and very accommodating. We really appreciated the fact that two golf carts were included with the rental to get around. Very useful! We look forward to staying here again soon.

Great place for a large family on Little Gasparilla Island

This is a very well-equipped and well-maintained house on Little Gasparilla Island. Our family of 11 truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the use of the golf cart, which was a huge help getting back and forth from the boat.

Beautiful Weekend on LGI

This is a big beautiful clean home. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed for a group of 10 people. The house is a 3-5 minute walk to the beach and a 3-5 minute walk to the bay. They also provide a golf cart for even easier and faster transportation tot he beach or bay.Usually when I stay on LGI I have to bring all cleaning supplies, dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. This home supplies all of that and when you are bringing in supplies for 10 people, that is super helpful.I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Retreat

fantastic host, they were very quick responding and did a great job with setting us up with the information we needed as first timers to the island. The house is amazing, big, super clean and supplied with anything you need including a hot tub, golf cart, grill and beach essentials! It also has 3 patios. It is also one of only 3 places with a 3rd floor patio with an amazing view of the bay side & beach. If you’re looking for a simple quiet place to escape and rejuvenate, here it is!

Beautiful, spacious home for family gathering

We loved our stay! There were a few minor hiccups with the elevator and ice makers, but those things didn’t affect our stay. The home is beautiful and conveniently located close to the beach. Having the two golf carts made it easy to split the group and be able to do different things. So much room! We felt that everyone could really spread out and not crowd each other.

Awesome Trip

Fabulous property. Very spacious and clean. Lots of kitchen appliances, pots, pans, etc. Their was good communication with the host. All the rules are emailed which is great. Personally, I'm not always on my phone. So, for me, I would have loved to see a "house manual" with all the rules and check out procedures. As I left earlier than check out time and did not see that message until I already left. But, our time there was super. If you've never been on an island before, you should totally check this home out. You will not be disappointed! Thanks again for the stay!!!

Jason was an amazing host, they are very quick responding and helping with anything you need. The house is amazing, big, super clean and supplied with anything you need including a hot tub, golf cart, grill and beach goodies! Absolutely lovely. Quick notes for guests: There is no vehicle access to the island so be prepared to grab a water taxi and take few personal belongings! Buy food and book your water taxi with a week prior of anticipation, and you’ll be ready to enjoy this paradise! Amazing stay, amazing home and amazing hosts!

Fantastic Beach Home

We could not have been happier with our stay on Little Gasparilla. The home was very clean, warm, and welcoming, stocked with basic necessities. Perfect for a family with varying ages. Remote Getaway

We had more than enough space in this beautiful home on LGI. The hosts were very responsive, and they helped us immediately upon a minor golf cart flat tire. Overall we had a great weekend and would come back! Note that this location is VERY remote, one you are on the island you are there until you leave with a boat (hence the reason of our summer camp themed weekend on the island). It was wonderful to unplug and enjoy time with family.
