The hot tub was cold the first night. It also had hair and dirt in it. A lot of hair.... yuk! The jacuzzi in the master suite didnt work. Took over 45 minutes to fill and used all the hot water to take a regular bath. :( the jacuzzi also leaked water all over the floor making it near impossible to navigate the bethroom. Using many of our towels to Constantly soak up the water. The guest bath tub had a huge hair clog on the drain..gross.. there was an image and wording of morning star on the upstairs wall that feels satanic and i was extremely offended by this imagery.. i have included a pic of the hair clog in the drain. I didnt take any of the jacuzzi i was so frusterated with it.

Clark Fork Family Fun

This property was perfect to accommodate our family of ten for 3 days of floating the river, fishing and swimming. The home was spacious and well appointed. It had everything we needed for large family dinners and the beds were clean and comfortable. Next year we’ll return for sure.

One of our favorite spots we have vacationed at

The house is beautiful, so clean and lots for kids to do. Yard is big and lawn is soft. The dock is great and my grandson who is eight was so excited to catch a fish. The river was perfect for floating around and the home is a dream, so much room. We loved the chess board and bb hoop, pool table, the list goes on an on. Thank you!

Downtime Retreat

We stayed at this amazing property after a whirlwind Glacier trip. We hiked a lot and wanted some more relaxing time to recuperate before our flight out of Missoula. The house and views were fantastic. The kids loved playing in the River and the hot tub. The house is pristine and has a full kitchen with spices. We were able to cook and unwind. My only regret is not staying longer.

It was an ideal location for a family meet. Half from eastern Montana the other to the west. Our stay was good. The weather didn't cooperate and still no kid was bored. The pool table upstairs had some great games on it. The river was perfect. A lot of hours spent watching beavers and other wildlife. A great location. Nice and quiet. Couldnt ask for much more. Thank you.
A break in the rain and we're throwing some cornhole.
Fog showed up the last day but was burning off soon.

A Little Slice of Heaven in Plains

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! What a magical experience, soaking in a hot tub on the Clark Fork River, watching shooting stars and hearing wildlife off in the distance. The pool table is an added bonus! Shauna was very communicative and accommodating. I highly recommend this property to anyone fortunate enough to visit Wild Horse Plains, Montana!

Beautiful setting

Our group of 10 had a wonderful stay! Everyone was comfortable and we prepared several meals in the well equipped kitchen. The views from the back porch and hot tub are stunning. We saw eagles, deer, and a bear over the course of the weekend and were able to float the river back to the house with a quick drop off drive. We also enjoyed the pool table and other games. We would love to come back!

Beautiful place on the Clark Fork!

Our extended family of four couples and three boys 2 and under enjoyed this home for 3 nights. It was very clean and was very well stocked. Wi-fi was good. Thoughtful little touches like labeling the various light switches was helpful. The dock is nice. Unfortunately the millfoil made swimming off the dock not so fun but I know that's not the owner's fault. However - paddleboarding out to the main river channel was great. Just a couple minor things that would have made it even better - more nightstands and lamps next to the beds, some room darkening curtains for little ones needing to sleep and nap, and a box of tissues. Overall, it was very nice and our Missoula daughter said she would definitely recommend it to other friends and family.

The River Awaits

This property is much nicer than the pictures. It has a big covered front porch perfect to enjoy your coffee while the sun comes up. The rear deck offers a beautiful sunset view. The host loaned us some paddle boards and we brought inflatable kayaks which were great for the river. You can drop in at Paradise for a leisurely float back to the house that took us about 3 hours. We swam, fished, and floated every day. The weather was perfect in August. We hope to return.

We would visit Plains again just to stay here!

We had 15 family members stay here for 4 days and it was perfect. Fishing and swimming off the dock finished with hot tubbing and competitive games of pool at night! House had an open concept which was the best while cooking for all the people! If we ever come back to this area we would 10000% stay here again. Thank you so much for sharing your home!
