Welcome to "Nikolas House," a magnificent house in the picturesque village of Xirokampi, in the municipality of Platanias in Chania, Crete. The house, built before 1900, now shines perfectly after its complete renovation, following the traces of tradition and family history.

Overlooking the mountain and the sea, " Nikolas House " is a warm embrace in a quiet village, where the few inhabitants create an atmosphere of tranquility. This house with two bedrooms and their own bathrooms, as well as an open plan room with a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, exudes the warmth and love that has welcomed three generations of our family.

The equipped kitchen, stove and air conditioning in each room offer comfort and well-being, while the small WC in the open-plan area offers additional practicality. Enjoy the outdoor space with the large courtyard, where there is an outdoor seating area, a hammock for relaxing, and a gas grill for unique dining experiences. The endless views provide a spectacular backdrop for your relaxing moments.

The village of Xirokampi, with its vineyards and olive tree estates, offers walking trails and a beautiful park. It is just 3 km from the sea and 8 km from the cosmopolitan destination of Platanias. In addition, the famous beaches of Chania prefecture, such as Elafonisi 28 km, Falassarna 25 km and Balos 26 km, are within close proximity, offering unique excursions.
