Pnoe Etheras Villa is part of a stylish villa complex in Tavronitis, Chania, just 20 km from the city center. Located by the sea, it combines a serene natural setting with easy access to Chania and nearby beaches. The Space:

Pnoe Etheras Villa is located in the seaside area of Tavronitis and offers all modern amenities to fully meet your needs. It is an ideal choice for families, groups of friends, and guests seeking high-quality facilities for their holidays. The villa features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests across 350 sq.m., arranged over 3 levels. The outdoor area offers a lush green setting with sea views. A key highlight is the 76 sq.m. heated swimming pool, allowing even younger guests to enjoy swimming safely. Around the pool, you will find sun loungers, pool umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and a WC. Additionally, there is a barbecue area with an outdoor dining space for up to 10 guests.



On the ground floor, the villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area, and a comfortable living room. The kitchen is designed to be functional and practical, ideal for guests who enjoy cooking. These open and spacious areas create the perfect environment for spending quality time with loved ones.

Going upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, offering views of the garden. Going downstairs, on the same level as the road, are the remaining three bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and two armchairs-beds. The other two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each, which can be joined upon request. All three bedrooms are fitted with 43-inch TVs. All bedrooms also offer air conditioning, a ceiling fan, blackout curtains, and a vanity desk that can also be used as a workspace.



In the basement of the villa, guests will find a treadmill, a rowing machine, a yoga mat, and a set of dumbbells. Finally, the villa features a sauna with hydromassage, as well as a small shower and bathroom.

Guest Access:

** The use of the pool is free of charge. If you wish to use the heated pool service, it is available for an additional cost per day (70 euros). The pool temperature can increase by up to 4°C above the current water temperature, depending on weather conditions. Kindly note that the heated pool service is available from 1st April until 30th September. Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to have the pool heated. Continuous use is required for the heated pool without interruptions.

Our brand-new villas are located in the picturesque village of Tavronitis, Chania, right by a pebble beach, offering a peaceful seaside stay. We recommend having a car for added convenience and to easily explore the surrounding area. The villas are just 3.9 km from Kissamos, where you can find beaches, restaurants, and cafés.



In the wider area, guests can visit Balos Beach (24 km), Falassarna (27 km), and Elafonisi (58 km), all renowned for their natural beauty. Platanias, 12 km away, offers a variety of activities and entertainment options, including water sports, hiking, cycling, short trips to nearby villages, as well as restaurants and cafés for relaxing moments.



The villas’ location near the national road, only 2.5 km away, makes it easy to travel around and reach key destinations across western Crete. Additionally, the city of Chania is 21 km away, offering its scenic harbor, historical landmarks, and cultural attractions, providing guests with a complete experience during their stay.



Getting Around:

While we do offer the option to arrange airport transfers for our guests at an additional cost, we highly recommend renting a car to fully enjoy your holiday. Having a car allows you the freedom to explore the local area and nearby attractions at your own pace, and experience everything our destination has to offer.
