I like that they wanted to make sure the rooms were clean for use. However, when we checked in and went to our room, it wasn't ready. It was disappointing waiting 40 minutes for our room to be cleaned after arriving an hour later than we shared with the hotel. We as travelers continued to go back and forth from the front desk to our room to communicate what was happening, instead of the hotel team member communicating to us any issues or concerns when we checked in. Nor were any other options suggested to us. When we asked the hotel team member for a different room, we were told the rooms were booked up and the one they could offer didn't meet our needs due to the number of persons in our party. The team member was kind and apologic of our situation which soften the blow of our disappointment. Our room had the following concerns: the bathroom door had a significant dent as though someone puched it, the bathroom door wouldnt close completely without lifting it first, the sink and shower/tub had a stinch that came through everytime the water was used and there were isses with the toilet.

When i got to the property my door did not shut or lock, I had about two hours when I was given my new room which was wide open when I arrived and it was not cleaned and the bed and room was a mess with garbage within it , it was 9 pm by the time I was given a suitable room. Completely ridiculous and u professional.

It was very dated and not the cleanest. I asked for a late checkout and was told I can stay until 1. At 11:48 I was sitting in my bed with my pjs on when cleaning staff unlocked my door and started walking into room. Scared me and I yelled ath that I had late checkout. The bedding seemed clean but very worn. One of the clean towels had dirty stains all over it.

This hotel was sketchier than sketchy. Everything was dirty… and I mean dirty. Stains on the furniture. The bedding had stains and holes. The bathroom walls looked like someone had vomitted all over them and the toilet had someone’s pee on the seat. We basically slept with one eye open all night.

It's cheap and convenient. Is it clean?....meh... There's full residency there of very low income individuals and sketchy individuals. Office staff kicked people out that were on the no stay list. Would i make sure the cars locked and all items out of view, absolutely. Room was clean, but outdated. Bed was comfortable and clean. Would i stay here with my family, probably not.

I was shocked at the lack of cleanliness at this hotel. I went to the room and the sheets had blood and other nasty stains on them and there was hair everywhere. The sink, tub and toilet were all dirty and had not been cleaned. When I went to the front desk to ask for a refund they told me their cleaning person had cleaned the room, which is a disgrace because even the lobby was disgusting. I got my money back and went across the street to the LaQuinta and I would recommend that hotel to anyone. The people working at this Best Value Inn should be fired!

The property appears to beused as a local boarding house maybe. I had a fridge that wasnt very cold, a door that wasnt locking properly and most of all there was a roach walking around on the sofa, where there's one there's many more unseen and upon check out I notified the front desk and he acted like I was lying sorry this placed is poorly maintained and poorly run Andy
