DEGEULASSE! Ça pu la cigarette et le pot dans les chambres même si on a réservé non fumeur. Il y avait de l’urine par terre, des cernes sur les meubles et la moquettes. Les draps avaient des taches jauni et croûter. C’était l’horreur. Nous avons demandé une autre chambre. Il y en avait plus donc, nous voulions un remboursement et ils ont refusé! Pu jamais!

Never again

We are not picky in general with hotels and we don't need anything fancy as long as its clean, this place is disgusting and the room smelled like urine. This is the 1st time in 46 years that checked out after the 1st night (we booked the room for 2) and went somewhere else. I'm still sick to my stomach from that smell. Bed uncomfortable, room and linens dirty, couch stained and bathroom leaking all night long.

the room was dirty in bad condition with stains on bathroom ceiling dirt on carpets computer chair under desk spider webs on ceilings and the infestion of bugs outsside of the room as you enter the front door. my companion brought 4 of them on his shirts an shorts into the room and had to be flushed in toilet . i was worried about bringing them home with me. the only good thing about the room is the air conditioner it works great but the rest is awful beds included.this whole property need a big upgrade . they advertize things that they dont even provide the pool is closed also and after coming back after a very hot day we looked forward to going for a swim and found out it was closed . false advertizing is not good karma fool me once you wont fool me again will never stay here again.

Carpet was filthy. No smoking room was permeated with smoke smell. The mattress slanted to one side. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart. The breakfast was rudimenntary. Guests seem to congregate and socialize outside the rooms in the evening, not loud or disruptive, but the place was littered with beer cans and bags of refuse from take out restaurants every morning.

The room i got put in stunk so bad i ended up having to huy cleaning supplies and cleaning a room i paid cash for the bed was so unprofessional stains on the chair we moved rooms found ant and food on the floor again cleaned another room the jet tubs gross the toliet wasnt bolted down i got bit up by i pray to god not bed bugs and they wouldnt reimburse me only gave back my money f I r the 2 nights i didnt stay

The pool was not open as advertised and the room was in extremely poor condition. The phone was completely unusable, the ironing board was broken, there were holes in the walls, and the entire room smelled like smoke, despite the fact that I booked a nonsmoking room.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The grounds and buildings are old and dilapidated!! The other hotels close by were much better looking and I should have known better than to book this hotel. There were only 2 other cars in the lot. Terrible place, I would not have stayed there if I didn’t already pay for the room.
