The hotel was very nice, the room was large and comfortable, and was in a great location. We liked that there was a restaurant and brewery as a part of the hotel.

The room was not very clean. The coffee tray, mini fridge, head boards, remote, and table tops were very dirty. The lamps were full of dust and the baseboards and bathroom floors need maintenance. I had to go through the whole room with Clorox wipes before i was comfortable letting my kids touch anything. The hallways and walls were dirty and smelled. The coffee in the rooms is not that good and we were only given one package. I do not like the in shower shampoo and conditioner dispensers and I wish there was liquid body wash. The toilet paper was also mostly gone and the tissues were shoved into the dispenser, quite obviously all having been pulled out, which is gross.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn, and it was a lovely experience overall. The hotel was beautiful and impeccably clean, with plenty of fun amenities for kids, like a swimming pool, an arcade, and bumper cars and a bowling alley The breakfast was fantastic on Sunday morning, with a wonderful and friendly waitress.( Extremely accommodating and caring) However, there were some downsides. The front desk staff was friendly during check-in Saturday night but unfortunately, the lady at the front desk on Sunday and Monday morning was quite unfriendly and lacked customer service. Additionally, while the breakfast experience on Sunday was delightful, Monday morning was disappointing. The waitress on Monday had a poor attitude and was not welcoming. She was sitting and having coffee while ignoring guests, which impacted the experience.( Extremely Rude and didn’t respect the guests) Overall, the hotel is great and clean, and I enjoyed my stay, but it’s important to note that the staff truly makes or breaks the experience. As guests, we’re paying a significant amount, and we deserve good service and a positive attitude. I hope the management takes this into consideration for future guests.

Room was what was to be expected, beds were comfortable and the room was clean. However the room had a musty smell to it until the heat would turn on. The Hotel layout is horrendous with hallways and corridors to navigate to get to anything,appears that they just kept adding on and forgot to hire an architect.The spa(never found this in the maze) and fitness area was cluttered with broken equipment up and down the hallway.breakfast was as basic as a super 8. This hotel should have been a third less than what it cost per night.

We arrived on Christmas Day and found out that we cannot use the pool or arcades and the restaurant was closed as well. The kids were extremely disappointed. This should have been mentioned to us at the time of booking. Also sound proofing was really bad since we can hear conversations from rooms next to us.
