Front desk Poor customer services . The room have a strong drainage smell and the mirrors have paint stains all over need to cleaned or replace those . I have to mention the best services was the coffee place the guys was friendly and polite The food was ok the drinks need a improving taste.

The stay was fun and there were plenty of activities to do and keep the kids busy. The room we got was not the cleanest and the building looked like it could use some TLC. The kids had fun but we were not really impressed with this resort.

If you enjoy being underwhelmed, this is the property for you. My family travels to Mexico yearly for a vacation, typically centered around relaxation and beautiful beaches. This was not our experience. The beach was absolutely filthy; the seaweed is piled up, literal piles. No one does anything and it makes most of the property smell like a portapotty. The staff is pushy and rude. We got asked at least 15 times to go to a breakfast where they try to sell us something, and we politely said no the first 14 times before finally growing in irritation. We booked an excursion with the desk people in the lobby; but then unforeseen thunderstorms hit the next day so when we couldn’t go, they did not allow any refund. The maids cleaned our room, left a door open and a coati peed and popped all over the room, cleaning services took over 2 hours to clean the mess (it was past 11 when we could get to bed). There is an app to book dinners at the restaurants, but we were never informed about this until the day before leaving. Upon checkout they tried to overcharge our friends 70 dollars. This was only discovered after asking to see an itemized list of the charges. Want room service? It’s 24-7 but too bad because after 40 minutes being on hold, you will give up and go to bed hungry. The only good thing about this property is that the pool is clean. There are many many better options for the same price. Do not waste your time, money or effort here.

Not worth your money

I reserved this hotel because the images depicted a well-maintained pool area with beach access and suggested it was undergoing renovations. Upon our arrival, we encountered a significant issue with parking; there were insufficient spaces available, necessitating an 8-minute walk to the check-in area, as no shuttle service was provided. At check-in, if you are not a member—which I will elaborate on later—you will find yourself in a hot lobby, sweating profusely. Once the check-in process is complete, your luggage will be handled by a friendly staff member from the hotel, but his friendliness is primarily motivated by his intention to sell you a membership, akin to a timeshare. The walk to your room also takes about 8 minutes, and if you are not a member, do not expect any assistance with transportation. The all-inclusive package included a buffet and three restaurants, which required prior reservations; you could not simply walk in, which was quite frustrating. The buffet was mediocre at best, offering only basic items such as burgers, hot dogs, and cold cuts, all lacking in flavor. The steak restaurant we visited on the second day was particularly disappointing; the steak did not resemble any I had previously encountered, and they seemed unaware of how to cook it to the correct temperature, which completely ruined my appetite. The drinks were excessively watered down, and they reused cups, so you might find one or two cups with missing pieces, which was quite unappealing.

We didn’t have a good experience with the concierge service. It took them almost half a day to address our door lock issue, and they didn’t even show up for a long time, so we wasted hours just waiting for them to fix it. There was also a bad smell in our complex, and when we asked to change rooms, they simply ignored our request. When we went to the front desk to discuss these issues, they just kept passing us to different people without resolving anything. There was a young lady from concierge named Dafne, and when we asked her about the response time, she said she would call security. When I asked for her name and looked at her name tag, she just showed it to me and told me to write it down, as if she knew that our complaint wouldn’t go anywhere.

Do not come here. For reference: we booked 3 rooms together. As soon as we arrived, one of the rooms was in a different building. The check in staff tried to argue with me that I booked the third room through another website and not Expedia. He stated the only way to get the room in the same building as the other two was if my brother gave them a good review (and forced us to show him the review before making the change.) After returning to pick up our keys another checkin staff made me wait on line (only to service me next) when I stood next to my mother to help her with language. Usually in the many other resorts I have been to, the person taking your luggage to your room will bring it upstairs. The man took us to the building and took us okay this is it. The room was very outdated, and the mirrors were peeling at all edges. Our room AC barely worked in two rooms so used the fan to sleep. While walking around, we noticed the carts driving guests were rude and blatantly ignored 3 ladies trying to ask for a ride (cart was empty enough for them). The pools are beautiful and huge, but the only bar is near the beach. The drinks taste very sugary/artificial, and cheap liquor. Unlike all the other resorts I’ve been to, there is no staff walking around the pool area to take orders or bring drinks. The WiFi is only good in the lobby. And the beaches were not clean for regular guest. For circle one guests they had a cleaner beach area. The food is okay and you need reservation.

Nice grounds for walking around, tram service ok & really needed because so big. Asked for 2 beds-traveling with grandson but gave us king. Food just so so not great & barely warm. shows hot and noisy. volume too loud and no air in theater. pools well kept but allowed people to bring floats & play ball in ALL pools. Wait staff had trouble keeping up with all the empty drink cups floating in water. Activities were not great at pool. TERRIBLE beach, actually no beach. And why put a hedge up blocking the view from the small beach of the ocean? Upgraded to jacuzzi room when I joined VIP club but jacuzzi had dirt in it & water did not work. Put us in another jacuzzi room that water turned on but jets wouldn't. Waited for maintenance but then we were changed to a 4th room with "private pool" but it is used by ALL rooms on first floor, not private. Had kids in next unit playing ball all up and down length of pool. Snack bar was just cold pizza & hot dogs, buns tasted cool & like just defrosted even in heated tray. I've stayed at many resorts the past 30 years in Cancun, Playa Del Carmen, Riviera Maya & Tulum. While this was not the worst, I expected better, especially after paying to joining the VIP club.
