First time staying at an all-inclusive, and I am glad it was here. From the moment I arrived at the Hyatt Vivid, I was greeted by the staff. Had my luggage taken so I could check in smoothly, and was presented with a cold towel. During check-in, I was given a refreshing cucumber lemonade. Check-in was smooth and seamless. I was escorted by staff (handling my luggage) to my suite. Staff performed a walk-through before allowing me to come in. Staff throughout the entire property are very professional and patient, always ensuring you are comfortable and enjoying yourself. The property itself is very well maintained. I did not have any issues with cleanliness. It seemed like the housekeeping staff was cleaning rooms multiple times throughout the day. I thoroughly enjoyed the foam pool party and silent dance party. Those two activities were fun and had our entire group participating. Food options are plentiful!!! However, the resort seems to go quiet at 11pm every night, even on the weekends. I wish the silent party would have lasted longer and more activities or things to do after 11pm. Overall, I will be back!

Booked this hotel for being all inclusive with multiple restaurants. Just one was open for my stay and it was, as you can imagine, full and with a waiting period that we decided to go and have dinner somewhere else.

Pool, around the pool they have resting chairs and cabins, you have to rent them at more than 100 use; they are not part of the all inclusive experience, normally at any all inclusive resort this is for free. Beach, not a good swimming beach; dirty and with rock all over; to have a better beach you can walk about 3 minutes, what is ok, not problem at all; but at that distance you are not at the hotel property so you lost all the drink or rest chair service, again no all inclusive used. Restaurants; not a good meal option, very limited. Things to improve, but overall a good experience. We are happy to be back some day.
