The apartment was the same as pictured, felt even bigger. Rooms have blackout curtains which are important to me for good rest, the matrasses are firm, but I love it. One of the showers was broken but got fixed the next day, the sinks were clogged all the time and it took time to release the water. ACs were broken for 5 days, it was impossible to be in the apt because if heat, the property manager arraigned the repairs. The wi-fi was mostly stable, Iâve been working from home.
The pool on the roof was closed all the time because of broken glass. Beware of the laundry service across the street: they stole 8 towels, they didn't include them in the slip and we had no proof to claim them. The property manager stopped responding to my messages after this issue and promised to bring new towels, instead a family of 4 was living for 11 days without towels! And of course, we were charged for new towels, that we haven't even received. Insane customer service. For the 5 days without AC we were compensated with tiny amount. Cleaning and changing sheets were not included in 21 days of stay. For the rent price I would rather rent a hotel room, which you can find plenty for this price in the neighborhood.
