Welcome to Playa del Maya – four luxury beachfront villas nestled within a secure & private gated agricultural estate. Ideal for travelers seeking an escape from crowded beaches, hotels, and the hustle of typical tourist destinations, each villa offers a seamless blend of refined luxury, tropical tranquility, and panoramic views of the North Atlantic Ocean. Currently, one villa is available for short- or long-term stays through Airbnb.
The space
Each villa spans three levels, offering guests the ultimate in comfort, entertainment, and privacy.
Tucked along the golden sands of Mayaro’s stunning beachfront, Playa Del Maya is a luxurious 4-bedroom, 7-bathroom villa with additional open spaces equipped with pull out beds that sleeps up to 12 guests in total comfort and style. Whether you're here to relax and recharge or celebrate and reconnect, this breathtaking villa is designed for unforgettable experiences. Just minutes away, you’ll find everything from gourmet restaurants serving both local and international cuisine, to fresh grocery markets, boutique shops, and exotic street food that capture the vibrant flavor of island life. Essentials like pharmacies, gas stations, supermarkets, fast food, coffee shops, and gym are also nearby for your convenience.

• 5 full bathrooms (with rain showers) & 2 powder rooms.
• Double vanity & dedicated workspace in master bedroom.
• 1 King-size bed (Master), 5 Queen-size beds total (including 2 queen pull-
out beds).

• Rooftop Sanctuary – Our luxurious honeymoon suite features a private patio with an infinity-edge Jacuzzi, outdoor lounge and dining area, fire pit, BBQ grill, bar, and a powder room. Enjoy uninterrupted views of the sunrise over the Atlantic and the sunset behind the St. Joseph Estate.
• Rooftop Entertainment – Hire your own personal chef and bartender to create the most romantic and tailored experience for your family getaway, proposal, honeymoon, anniversary, engagement parties, birthdays, family reunions, corporate retreats, etc. (Rooftop can host 2–30 people).

VILLA CHECK IN TIMES :
• Monday to Thursday : Check-in is 3pm, and Check-out is 11am.
• Friday to Sunday: Check-in is 10am and Check-out is 5pm. You get an extra 11 hours on
the weekend.
