Flower with the concierge services, Nadezca and Luis Felipe at the pool bar were the shining stars for us. Nadezca remembered me and my family, always with a smile on her face, Luis very courteous as well, always helpful. Flower helped organize our airport transportation and also organized a surprise cake for our son on his 10th birthday

My husband and I had a wonderful time! The staff were amazing! Cesar, Manuel, Elias, Steicy, Juan Felipe! Gerald, who sells experiences/trips outside Margaritaville was amazing (right next to the beach). The hotel is literally steps from the beach. The pool and swim up bar was wonderful! The food was amazing and I was so very happy with the whole experience! Scott is an excellent Manager of the complex. I never saw an unhappy person! Pura Vida!

Margaritaville resort is a nice getaway for a few days. The rooms are nicer and the all inclusive option is well worth it. The Italian restaurant is top notch and so is banana bend restaurant. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. A shootout to Randall, Gabriel (servers) and Jonathan, Carlos (chefs) at Capprissicio. Highly recommend it

The property was nice, the service was good, rooms were large and eating and drinking options were decent. The location was excellent. The pool was nice. The pillows need improvement and they can do a better job cleaning the rooms. Other than those couple of things, our stay was nice!

I felt like the dining options were minimal. Drinking package did not have drinks available until 10 am (no morning mimosa’s!) This is more family friendly with a lot of young children around. The staff are ALL amazing!
