We stayed here for a night as we had a concert in Oakland and it was nice :) Staff are very quick amd efficient with check in and check out. Room was clean and the views are nice but you might get a little lost lol. It seems safe and the mall is right across the street, which means theres also PF Changs and Cheesecake Factory! 10/10 would recommend if you need a stay in Pleasanton.

Very nice property and the shining star is Maria at the front desk! She is personable, helpful and a true professional! Definitely a wonderful asset to this hotel! Lily in housekeeping is very helpful & cheerful and helped me with my luggage cart. Always a smile on her face! I definitely will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was cleanly. The front desk workers were kind, and professional. The buffet breakfast was good. It was in a good location for being quiet. I am a light sleeper and it was not noises and busy around the area.

My Stay was very pleasant during this trip. The room I stayed in was to my satisfaction as opposed to my last visit. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
