Fomos tratados desde o primeiro momento (portaria) com muita cordialidade, até o momento de ir embora, os serviços oferecidos são maravilhosos, todos os funcionários muito educados, comidas e bebidas excepcionais, cardápios variado e comida e bebida o dia todo, fica até difícil se experimentar tudo. Shows durante a noite de muita qualidade, a área do hotel é enorme e cheio de atividades, não temos o que reclamar.

Bom para famílias, mas com pontos a melhorar

Hotel com boa estrutura e comida saborosa, embora alguns dias sejam melhores que outros. Atende muito bem famílias com crianças, mas faltam opções exclusivas para casais. A acústica dos quartos não é boa: dá para ouvir conversas altas ou barulho de quartos vizinhos em alguns corredores.

Alguns problemas, da para melhorar...

Acho que deve ser excelente para quem tem crianças pequenas. Para adultos, achei medio. Para mim, o maior problema são as filas para pegar bebidas, seja um chopp, uma taca de vinho. Na real, seria muito util se tivesse uma forma melhor, num meio de semana, ficar 10 min para pegar um chopp, ruim demais... se for alguem abstêmio, ok, refri liberado self service. Funcionários são otimos, comida boa, quarto ok. Achei que precisam de mais funcionários para limpeza.

Hotel com muitas atratividades e comida muito boa! Boa limpeza, só precisa reformar o parque de diversões. Mesmo assim indico bastante. As piscinas são bem quentinhas e grandes.
