The total surface area is 600m2 and the villa consists of ground floor and 2 upper floors. The apartments have their own private parking, which consists of 5 parking places connected to the main road.
The villa is located on the first row by the sea and has a beautiful spacious yard where details of the nightlight give a special note. The exterior scales, which connect all the apartments, each with a separate entrance, lead to a beautiful green oasis with two palm trees that provide extra specialty. Also, stairs leads to the exit on the pebble beach.
Each apartment has a balcony with beautiful sea view whose colors are particularly pronounced at sunset. On the balcony there is a table and chairs, for those who like to eat outdoors or who like to relax with the noise of the sea, reading their favorite book or with a glass of wine.

The apartment is located on the west side of the first floor of the villa and it have 80 square meters. It consists of two large bedrooms with double beds with nightstands, one of them has a makeup table and its own bathroom. Both bedrooms have a TV. Upon entering the apartment you will be greeted by a large bar that connects the dining table with chairs. The modern kitchen consists of a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and ice maker. Inside there is a living room with a large sofa and two armchairs and two stools, which has a balcony and beautiful sea view. On the balcony there is a table and chairs for those who like to eat outdoors. Also, the apartment has two bathrooms, consisting of large shower, wash machine, hair dryer and towels. All rooms have air conditioning.


Apartment is only few steps away from the large and spacious beach on the beautiful adriatic sea. On the beach you can find chairs and umbrellas so you can spend all day on the beach.
