The apartment has a location close to all places of tourist and cultural interest of the Rias Baixa
The apartment has its independent entrance and a fully equipped 160m2 space to make you feel at home. It has two bedrooms with a double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, it has a bathroom with shower, a dining room and a living room, it has a spectacular home-cinema room with an 86-inch TV where you can connect to all the networks in the world, and also to your Netflix, HBO, Disney+, Primevideo and other accountsOutside you can enjoy the garden with a 5x10-meter pool protected by an electric tarpaulin at night or when the children are not accompanied by an adult in the garden, an outdoor living room, a dining room all protected by an awning and sun loungers.
You will be able to enjoy the electric barbecue griddle.
The garden is south/west oriented so it is exposed to the sun all day.
On winter days there is a pellet stove to heat the floor that is well protected from temperatures and where it is not usually cold. (The pellet bags are charged separately from the market price)
