Lovely outlook and spacious. Well appointed. Difficult to find light switches and would be good to have side tables beside the lounges. Had to read the compendium to find cutlery in the drawers (hidden) Ice maker/water on outside of the fridge, didn’t work after the first day We didn’t communicate with the property manager

Hunter Valley Weekend

Stayed here with friends on a HOT weekend in January. Really appreciated the cinema room and the air conditioning. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Nice surroundings and enough off street parking for our 4 cars. Took advantage of the indoor and outdoor seating areas during our stay and the BBQ was great for our big breakfast cook-up. Would definitely consider staying here again if I’m need of a similar sized house.

Weekend escape

The property itself was fine. Cleanliness was not perfect as there was food under one sofa, greasy hob and food crumbs in cinema. The cinema was great fun. Bbq gas had run out before we tried to use it but not a major issue as just cooked inside instead. Used as base to visit some lovely vineyards and my husband enjoyed the golf course. Other resort facilities could do with an update.

Loads of space

Wonderful new house with lots of space for everyone (we were two couples with two kids each). Lovely warm fireplace. Movie room for the kids loved. Massive kitchen. Loved it. MY only suggestion would be that when setting up the bedrooms, allow the parents to have the two larger rooms with the ensuites. We ended up having to stay in the pokiest room in the house while the other couple had a massive loft that could have fit all the kids really.

Everything about this property was great! Nice sized rooms spaced throughout the property and having the 3 bathrooms made getting ready so much quicker! The cinema room was an added bonus! No more than a 10 minute drive to most places. Would definitely stay again

Rust Christmas Family Stay

Overall The Vintage is a beautiful, pristine estate. The home Rust, which we stayed in for 2 nights was everything we were expecting, as per website and information emails. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children, aged 2 and 5 and we all who loved the home theatre. There was one issue regarding the lack of iron and ironing board but I was assured this would be addressed for future guests and we were supplied with an iron during our stay. I would be happy to recommend this property.
