This family apartment is situated in the heart of Valnerina and is an excellent choice for families willing to spend an exciting and adventurous vacation. There is a nice balcony/terrace where you can spend quality time while enjoying your breakfast and coffee.

In a strategic position, this apartment is found at the entrance to the Nera River Park. Many activities are easily accessible around it. It is in fact possible to reach the Marmore Falls, Lake Piediluco and the Nahar adventure park. You have the possibility of doing numerous sports activities such as trekking, walking, cycling, thanks to the numerous routes available in the area.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace that provides plenty of entertainment for children. In the kitchen, you can prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Your 4-legged friends are welcome. The bedrooms are comfortable for a peaceful sleep at night.

Perugia Airport is 90 km away.
