This comfortable apartment is located on the ground floor of the small holiday complex Los Pinos, a well-kept, modern house with a total of 16 residential units, in the beautiful bay of Cala St. Vincente, near Puerto Pollenca and Pollenca, in the northwest of the island.
The former fishing village of Cala St. Vincente offers cafes, restaurants, small supermarkets, pharmacy and health center.
Two bathing bays with fine sand and crystal clear water are only 400 m away from the apartment complex.
The rocky foothills of the Tramuntana mountains fall to the right and left of the bathing bays into the sea and, depending on the position of the sun, immerse the surroundings in a new light.

Apt. MEDIO ROSALES is on the ground floor and has a terrace with a view of the pool and further into the green surroundings.
