Ground Floor: Entrance hall. Living/dining room (TV, WiFi) with doors to covered dining terrace. Kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher). Double bedroom (A/C). Twin bedroom (A/C). Bathroom. The house has central heating. Outside: Shower room (washing machine). In-built barbecue. Open and covered terraces. Private parking. Private swimming pool with whirlpool section and side Roman steps (8m x 4m).
With such a sought after location it is no surprise that Ca'n Pep, together with sister property Ca'n Menonge, has fast become one of our most popular properties in Pollença. On the road leading from Pollença to Lluc monastery and the scenic west coast mountains, the location of this attractive, stone clad cottage is convenience itself.
Comfortable, homely and unpretentious, Ca'n Pep would be an excellent choice for those not wishing to rely on a car to make the most of their holiday.
Turn right out of the gate and a 650m walk takes you to all the atmosphere and history this esteemed Roman town has to offer as well as a selection of excellent amenities including supermarkets, bakeries, boutiques, banks, bars and a wonderful range of restaurants (the nearest, a casual local restaurant / tapas bar, is 300m).
Internally, the house décor features local tiles and selected pieces of family memorabilia. Curtains and bed covers in the bedrooms are made from that celebrated, distinctively patterned Mallorcan cloth – a simple, stylish and very effective choice of fabric.
You will find everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday including a well equipped kitchen, a flat screen TV with some satellite channels, a DVD and the thoughtful addition of air conditioning in each of the bedrooms.
With dual access off the living room and kitchen, outdoor living is only enhanced by a covered dining terrace with barbecue nearby. A recently refurbished shower room off this terrace is ideal for pool use and a very useful addition to household facilities while the terrace itself provides the perfect spot in which parents can relax while keeping an eye on younger party members in the pool just across the lawn.
Further amenities as well as two popular, sandy cove beaches can be found at family-orientated Cala San Vicenç just 6.3km away.
Air conditioning usage (12 hours per day) is included in the rental rate. Due to the urban location some noise from the road is possible
Please note that in addition to the property rental there is a local tourist tax to pay for all visitors aged 16 and over. €2.00 (€2.20 incl.
