In the outside area, under the covered terrace there is a comfortable modern sofa.

The villa is a 15-minute walk from Pollença Town and is also just a 5-minute drive from the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicenç, with a wide selection of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, boat rentals and water sports activities.
