Mature grounds with lawn and olive grove. Private parking. Private swimming pool (8m x 4m) with corner Roman steps.
Conveniently located within easy distance of several recommended restaurants and family-friendly sandy beaches, lovely Marinara epitomises everything we look for in selecting a property to appear in our rental portfolio; a lovingly maintained interior with well-appointed accommodation and a surfeit of homely Mallorcan charm, plus an equally immaculate exterior where an enticingly secluded private pool, soaring palms, an olive grove, mature Mediterranean shrubs and extensive shaded barbecue terrace compete to be centre of attention. Exuding calm and a sense of serenity, we can confidently say that everything about Marinara encourages relaxed summer living.
Both inside and out the local owners’ keen eye for detail is much in evidence. Sitting harmoniously alongside contemporary fixtures, fittings and equipment, the house décor is a sympathetic fusion of colourful local artefacts, pottery, pictures and fabrics which, together, create a most welcoming atmosphere. Rooms are all well- proportioned, bright and comfortable with beamed ceilings and solid wooden furnishings sitting atop polished ceramic floor tiles.
Equally delightful are the gorgeous landscaped grounds where horticulturalists will certainly enjoy the remarkable variety of indigenous plant life. Clipped lawn and hedging, bushy mature shrubbery, perennially pretty foliage, cactii, cypress trees and several subtle design touches in our opinion make the garden photogenic enough to grace any reputable gardening magazine.
Centrepiece of the grounds, the sparkling private swimming pool, is simply the most restful spot in which to unwind and soak up the sun before heading to the inviting shaded dining terrace and in-built barbecue just a few steps away.
Scenic Pollença golf club (9 holes, par 35) is just 3km away and is also home to a popular restaurant while the old Roman town itself, where all amenities and many wonderful eateries can be found, is just 1.3 km further.
Air conditioning usage is on a timer (12 hours per day).
Please note that in addition to the property rental there is a local tourist tax to pay for all visitors aged 16 and over. €2.00 (€2.20 incl.
