The entrance of Villa Barraca, through the electric gate, takes us to the parking area, with space to park 2 vehicles. Access to the main door is through the covered terrace and from there you access the living-dining room.The living room has ample space for the whole family, with comfortable seating around the fireplace (for decorative use only) and a flat-screen TV. There is also a dining table and chairs to one side of the room, and direct access to the covered terrace and pool area. The beamed ceilings and wrought iron window accents give this room a nice rustic touch. The kitchen is located adjacent to the living room and has plenty of storage space and a small breakfast bar, perfect for enjoying a hot croissant in the morning. The rooms at Villa Barraca are tastefully decorated with a traditional touch. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms: one double and the other double.There is another bedroom, also a double, upstairs, which is particularly spacious and is accessed via a staircase that leads directly to the bedroom.
