Villa Encinas Summer, Spectacular recently renovated villa

Located in a beautiful oak forest (hence its name), villa Las Encinas is a few minutes drive from the towns of Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. The house has been carefully renovated during the winter of 2019-2020, with the aim of modernizing it, adapting it to current demands. Among the most important improvements to the house, it is worth mentioning that the interior floors have been renovated, as well as one of the bathrooms and the toilet. New and modern lighting has also given more luminosity to all spaces, including the exterior in which several environments have been created to be able to enjoy the day as well as the night.

From the parking area, stone stairs lead us to the terrace where the main entrance to the house is located.From there you can access the living room, equipped with sofas where you can enjoy a movie on the impressive 65-inch screen. The smart TV is prepared with a wireless internet connection so that customers can enjoy their Amazon, Netflix and other platforms accounts.

From the living room an arch leads us to a hallway that connects with the kitchen and from which there is also access to the covered terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and in it we have a nice table with 8 chairs for the days that invite more to eat inside the house.

From the aforementioned distributor we can access the other rooms of the house.On the ground floor we find two of the four bedrooms in the house: one double that has a full bathroom en suite and one double. A second renovated bathroom completes this level of the home.

Stairs lead us to the upper floor where the rest of the rooms are located: one double with bathroom and shower en suite, and another double. The double room offers beautiful views of the Puig de Maria and Puig Tomir mountains. All rooms have air conditioning without time restrictions.

The exterior has several spaces and rest areas so that the client can enjoy different environments.The main covered terrace is equipped with an outdoor table for 8 people and is the most practical as it has easy access to the kitchen and barbecue. The latter, uncovered, is ideal for grill fans.
The chillout area, set up on another of the terraces, and accessed through beautiful stone arches, will allow those who prefer a quieter atmosphere to relax after dinner. The other covered terrace (located in this same space) has a small bar and a table football.

Finally, in the front part of the house, a small platform has been set up with a table and 4 chairs for those who prefer to sit in the shade of the oak trees.

The pool, rectangular and measuring more than 50 m2, has a Roman staircase, spaces for sun loungers and an area set up for the Balinese bed.
