Located in the beautiful area of La Font, between the town of Pollensa and the Port of Pollensa, this charming, rustic stone house is ideal for a family holiday in Mallorca. Its traditional touches blend seamlessly with modern amenities, such as comfortable sofas, a solid glass-topped dining table seating six, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection, and a DVD player.

On the other side of the entrance is the kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven, electric hob, microwave and other utensils necessary in a holiday home of this category.

A stone archway leads to a hallway where there are two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning, and a full bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Upstairs is the master bedroom (with a double bed and en-suite bathroom). Next to this bedroom is a mezzanine with comfortable armchairs. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units (which, in accordance with energy-saving and efficiency measures, may only be used from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM - these hours cannot be extended or changed). It is worth noting that the property has central heating for the winter and autumn months.

The enormous 50 m2 swimming pool, with Roman-style steps, is surrounded by beautiful gardens and native plants. The exterior of the house is complemented by lovely covered and uncovered terrace areas, ideal for enjoying the warm Mallorcan summer nights. The property also includes a ping-pong table and pool towels.
