Fabulous location, in need of updating

Fabulous position with amazing sea views. However the apartment is in urgent need of repairs and updating. Cleanliness was wasn’t good, very disappointing for the money we paid. Saving grace was the large balcony and sea views.

The perfect location, for a holiday to remember!

Possibly one of the best locations complete with the ultimate view in the Port. Central to everything, with the beach below and Pine Walk at your feet with all its wonderful restaurants and bars, but being on the top floor means you are not disturbed by those in the street below as you enjoy the terrace of an evening. Wonderfully spacious apartment, with great wifi and AirCon. Huge terrace, great for laying out in the sun with a good book, or enjoying watching the world go by with a bottle of wine as the sun sets. As said by a few before, the apartment is getting a bit tired and could do with some further investment over the low season. In particular, the apartment needs a new dishwasher and Fridge Freezer, not to mention a few incidentals such as a toilet brush and drying rack. We ended up buying disposable paper cups due to the shortage of glassware (and there were only 3 of us) and if you have the luggage space, I would also recommend taking a couple of extra bath towels with you, as those supplied are very limited and have certainly seen better days!

El inmueble es fantástico tanto el características como en ubicación. Y el servicio vuestro es muy bueno atendiendo inmediatamente a cualquier solicitud. A pesar de ser un inmueble de lujo no está conservado ni equipado como tal. Es el tercer año que estamos en el inmueble y el segundo seguido en Vistamar 4. No me parece acorde al inmueble que los mismos daños que tenía el piso en agosto de 2024 los tenga un año después (ventana de baño rota, zócalos de cocina sueltos, apliques rotos, etc). Además, el menaje de la cocina es muy justo en cantidades y calidades.

Un gran alojamiento

Las dimensione y la ubicación de alojamiento, y sobre todo el servicio excelente. Aurora ha respondido y solucionado inmediatamente todo lo solicitado, incluso en festivos. El alojamiento necesita una inversión en mantenimiento. El lavavajillas es muy viejo y funciona a duras penas, la ventana del baño principal no cerraba, la manija de la corredera principal no funciona y hay puesto un ganchito de cierre no acorde con el alojamiento y su precio, y así diversos detalles que desmerecen lo excelente del piso. La limpieza del piso es bastante superficial.

Location views from the large balcony cleanliness lift to all floors roof top spacious kitchen and nice living room and good sized bathrooms. Generally it feels tired and is in need of refurbishment. The outside furniture was damaged. There was a shelf broken in the fridge. There is no ironing board despite there being an iron and no pegs for hanging out washing. There was water damage on the ceiling in the hall and on occasions, a very slight water leak through it from the roof top drainage above. And some outdoor furniture on the rooftop would add a very positive addition. In summary, it is a lovely apartment but needs some minor investment to bring it in line with others of similar location and price.
