Lovely spot in a very walkable location. The pool is bigger than it looks in the picture. Layout of the apartment is a bit odd like a row house with kitchen in the back and living room in the front, bedrooms in between, but has everything you need. Quite comfortable for our family if 5 (one infant).

Outstanding hosts, great property in fantastic location

We must praise the outstanding hosts, Cati and Jaume. Excellent communication before & during the stay, and nothing was too much trouble. When visiting on our 2nd evening to complete registration, we pointed out that the coffee maker was not working - a replacement was delivered the next day. When we asked for a change of bed linen, it was done within a few hours and their son even came to clean the pool after some Saharan sand arrived with the rain. Gracies per tot, Cati i Jaume! Though it has a small garden, patio and pool, this is a first floor apartment - about 15 steps from the street level so unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues or very young children. The accommodation was very spacious with a large lounge/diner, two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The kitchen was small but had a large walk-in storage area and was well-equipped. A second shower room/toilet is located outside (& houses the washing machine), accessible from the patio - unless you're ready to share the internal bathroom or go outside, the accommodation is perhaps not ideal for two couples. The covered veranda on the patio has a sink and dishwasher. We ate outside for virtually all our meals (stayed in June 2024). The small pool is an excellent facility, great for cooling off - you can only do a couple of strokes from one side to the other. Plenty of free on street car parking, only about 300m from Cala Molins and short walk to restaurants (the best is Windsurf!). Highly recommended!!

Nice property well located

The property is all on one level. You go up steps to reach the front door. There's a large terrace to the front and once inside the apartment you enter the lounge/dining area. There is a corridor leading to one bedroom on the right and bathroom and second bedroom on the left and the kitchen is at the back. You come straight out of the kitchen to the pool (much larger than it looks) area and a sunbathing area and covered eating/BBQ area with the second bathroom tack on to the covered area to the left. Although there were 3 of us there were only two good sunbeds. The bedrooms had plenty of storage but my friends who had the twin bedded room said the beds were very uncomfortable. The double bed in my room was fine but again the pillows weren't up too much. The beach is literally a 3 minute walk away. The market on a Sunday in old Pollenca town is well worth a visit. So is the monastery at LLuc up in the mountains. Also Soller a sea side town on the west coast is very pretty but you do need a car and the mountain road can be quite challenging especially as there are lots and lots of cyclist to navigate pass. Porte de Pollenca is lovely in the evening to sit at a cafe and people watch. It also has some very nice shops. I'm tiring to give a fair review and would have given 5 stars except for the beds and it is quite noisy as it is a residential area with people below you and at the side so you are very aware of them. Apart from that it's fine.

Fabulous holiday

Absolutely fab appartment, everything you needed and more location close to beach and fantastic resturant across the road (but you need to book The Modesto)Cati and husband really helpful with directions and getting the key. We couldnt fault anything 2 lovely bathrooms, lots of towels bedrooms have pleanty of storage. 2 terraces with lots of seating, and a covered terrace area with a bbq. Local bus to Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa and Lidl a short taxi ride away. Will definatly be back, thank you for a wonderfull holiday.

Fabulous apartment close to gorgeous beaches

A beautiful apartment on a quiet street a 5 minute walk to a few small shops, bars, restaurants and beaches. Cala San Vincente is a small area but has everything you need for a trip all within walking distance. We loved our stay at this lovely apartment which was kitted out with everything needed. The pool, outdoor dining area & outside bathroom were highlights. Really cannot fault it. Our children loved the small but perfect pool.

A beautiful location& place!

We had such an amazing time in Mallorca and it was part because of this location. The beach is only 3 blocks away and it’s probably one of the most calming beautiful beaches in Mallorca. I highly recommend this location and the pool was a very nice touch. The whole process with Cati was seamless. She was very responsive and even gave us tips of what to do in the area. I would 100% stay here again.

Perfect Apartment

We spent a week in this lovely space. The apartment was very well equipped and beautifully clean. Communication with our hosts was excellent and we appreciated the visit on our first morning when we were given many good recommendations. If you have the chance to drive along the mountain road to Soller, it is well worth it. The two beach areas are small but beautiful. There is an excellent bus service to Port de Pollenca and Pollenca town where there are many restaurants to choose from, as well as lovely walks. We highly recommend!

Lovely Apartment

Great apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Fabulous outside space at the front & back of the apartment to relax in both sun & shade. Beds were really comfortable. Although some of the restaurants weren’t open as early in the season there was still a good choice of places to eat - our favourite was Modesto which is opposite the apartment. Beach is 5 mins walk away, clean & good for swimming. Cati & her husband were great hosts, excellent communication & left many provisions for our arrival which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

This is a wonderful property with the charm of traditional Mallorcan villa mixed with modern apartment. The outside area front and back is really spacious perfect for a family of four. The kids loved the splash pool. It’s family run and they are all so helpful. I’d totally recommend staying here

quiet and beautiful apartment

Well equipped apartment. Nice bedrooms, with lots of room for storing our stuff. We used both terraces, the one facing the street was more windy on the hot days. While Pool and barbecue are located on the terrace behind the house. We brought our SUP board and carried it 350 mtr down to the beach. We used the ramp behind the beach restaurant, as access to the sea. If you want to go into the sea from the cliff side, it is nice to weare bathing shoes, but the sandy beach has no rocks. The water is absolutely clear. There was some fish but we saw no crabs.

Lovely property

We stayed here for 1 week and it was a lovely property. The property is spacious and with great amenities and a well stocked kitchen. The back garden space was lovely with a good sized dipping pool and outside dinning and sunbathing areas. The neighbourhood is quiet at night but with an excellent restaurant across the road. The resort has 4 beautiful beaches and a host of walks / cycles close by. On road parking was no problem at any time of the day. The hosts went out of their way to supply us with some kitchen staples as our flight had been delayed and this was much appreciated. I would definitely stay in this property again.

Wonderful Property

This was the second time we have stayed in this gorgeous maisonette. The pool is lovely: always warm- and the terrace and BBQ are great as is the beautiful new barhroom/ utility. Internally the house is spotless and well equipped. The front terrace allows you to catch the sun or shade whatever time of day and we were literally 3 minutes from the lovely little cove and lots of nice cafes and restaurants. Jaime and his wife were amazing hosts and held our booking right through the 2020 lockdown until we could finally make it in 2021. Definitely will come again!

excellent communication from booking to arrival. lovely clean and comfortable property with a very generous welcome pack on arrival. Loved the pool -perfect to cool off in and so nicely designed, we really enjoyed the outside area and a real bonus was the lovely shower room. The resort is lovely -a beautiful beach and very quiet yet with enough nice places to eat and easily accessible to other areas such as pollenca. The restaurant across the road from the property (modesto) was particularly good. Overall a great place to stay -thank you

Lovely apartment and great location

We had a great week's stay. The apartment is very nicely furnished and decorated and has all the essential amenities. Jaime was a lovely host and took time to come and welcome us. We also really appreciated having some basic essentials in the Fridge when we arrived. Only disappointment was that the weather was too cold to allow us to use the pool and the barbecue on the week we were there.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

We have just returned from a two week stay and we had a lovely relaxing time. The apartment really is a home from home, very comfortable and it's equipped with everything you need. The beaches, bars and restaurants are just a very short walk away and there are two small supermarkets close by too. The outside spaces at the front and back of the property are fabulous and well maintained. The owners, Cati and Jaime are lovely people who are keen to ensure your stay is a pleasant one and they provided a very generous welcome pack for our arrival which was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would be very happy to return and to recommend to others.

Lovely villa in a beautiful location

This villa was perfect for our family of 4. The pool was very popular with our 2 children and it was really nice to have the two outside areas to relax in. The air conditioning was ideal as it was a very hot week and I think sleeping would have been difficult without it. The villa was very well equipped, just like being at home, and the owners left milk, bread and other essentials for our arrival. The villa is a short walk from the beautiful beaches, and quite a few good restaurants.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location.

Jaime and Kati were lovely; helpful and welcoming. The apartment is well-located, spacious, beautifully-decorated and the front terrace and rear garden areas are lovely. The plunge pool is bigger than it looks in the picture and a godsend after cycling (and even sunbathing) in the Mallorcan heat. Practically speaking, there is everything you need for self-catering and a Lidl about 3 miles away for cheap groceries. There are a number of restaurants in the village. We went to Pepe’s a few times which was lovely, with really friendly staff and good food. Can’t wait to go back.

Lovely apartment, well laid out, very clean, comfortable and well presented. Nice welcome package included. Owner came by next morning to ensure everything was acceptable and understood. Great village and well placed for touring, would happily use the apartment again.

Clean, comfortable, everything you could need!

Bright, tastefully decorated, comfortable with all amenities, only 5 minutes walk from the beach and local resturants. Easy parking on the road and 10 minutes to bigger supermarkets at Pollenca. The owners, Jaime and Cati are lovely and very very helpful and welcoming. The place was spotless and included beachtowels! We went as a couple in September and it was a perfect property for us within a smalll, quiet and intimate resort.
