The total of 30 well-kept maisonettes are surrounded by olive trees and are located in the middle of a garden plot of around 74,000 square meters. In the lower part of the complex there is a cozy beach tavern with a view of the crystal-clear sea. Footpaths and small driveable alleys lead to the various residential units, each with reserved parking spaces.
