Room smelled like dog. not sure why hotels have carpet if they allow pets? the couch looked like it was ate by a dog. had a big hole and was dirty. i wouldn't allow my dog at home to sit on it. there was a bag placed over the smoke detector. to me, it dingy and a dump.

Checked in. Left. Didn't return till midnight. Saw two roaches crawling on the bed. Went to bed. Woke up and took a shower . Tube dirty and caulking on the tub was mildewed. 3 guest and two towels. Went downstairs to get coffee and it was cold. Checked out and told the person at the front desk about my concerns and he said thanks for letting him know. He didn't blink a eye to try to address the issues. You pay good money to stay at a decent hotel and that's all you got to say. Not good. I should be compensated for some of this. Not just tell me thanks for letting him know.
